Boy, 8, shot in Highland Park attack IS paralyzed from waist down and to see twin brother and dog 

Doctors have confirmed Cooper Roberts was paralyzed from the waist down after being shot in the chest. He was attending Highland Park July Fourth parade with his twin brother and mother.
