In the recent Roe V Wade decision, Justice Thomas said they should reconsider contraception, sodomy, and, and same-sex marriage. Do you agree?

In the decision to overturn Roe V Wade, Justice Thomas said “In future cases, we should reconsider all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell”

  1. Do you think that we should reconsider the right for married couples to use contraception?
  2. Do you think the prohibition of anti-sodomy laws should be reconsidered?
  3. Do you think the decision that the right to marry is guaranteed to same sex couples should be reconsidered?
  4. Would you support reconsidering other decisions made on the same basis as all of these, such as interracial marriage?
