Kamala insists she has NOT watched the video of Doug and Jill appearing to kiss

Vice President Kamala Harris said Thursday that she had not seen footage that appeared to show second gentleman Doug Emhoff and first lady Jill Biden greeting each other with a kiss on the mouth.
