Regarding the leak of the draft ruling overturning Roe v Wade, is the fact that it leaked a greater concern than the ruling?

There have been many topics recently regarding this event. I’ve seen quite a few TS state that the leak is very concerning and more of an issue than the ruling.

Is the leak a major concern? Why or why not?
