South Carolina restaurant owner declines to press charges against man who stole Santa Claus statue

Mayra Gallo, owner of Bonjour Main restaurant in Greenville, said she would not press charges against Melvin after he returned the stolen Santa with a dozen roses, and vowed to make amends.
