UW health nurses voted to strike, but management says they aren’t legally allowed to recognize any unions. Should they be allowed to strike?

UW Health nurses to go on strike as push for union continues

Once upon a time UW health in Madison WI, used to be a lot closer to the state with its employees even receiving state funded pensions. Much of the main hospital staff still do receive them, most of the staff NOT in the main hospital do not, as the whole hospital system has moved to almost exclusively private.

Act 10 signed by Scott Walker prevented any public sector workers from forming any unions.

Should the nurses of UW health be allowed to go on strike and form a union?
