Trump v Clinton: http://trump-v-clinton.com/
The lawsuit was filed with Judge Cannon (the judge who recently granted Trump’s request for a special master to inspect materials recovered by the FBI), but assigned to Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks. Earlier this year, Trump filed a motion for Judge Middlebrooks to recuse himself, citing his appointment by President Bill Clinton as bias.

On Friday, Judge Middlebrooks dismissed the case in its entirety. That decision is here: https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.flsd.610157/gov.uscourts.flsd.610157.267.0.pdf
Questions:
Did you follow this case? If so, do you believe the complaints in Trump’s original filing have merit?
Should Judge Middlebrooks have recused himself? Why or why not?
