What are your thoughts on Moore vs Harper?

In Moore v. Harper, the Supreme Court will decide whether the North Carolina Supreme Court has the power to strike down the legislature’s gerrymandered congressional map. The North Carolina legislators are relying on the legal theory known as the independent state legislature theory, which theorizes that a state’s elected lawmakers are the only authority allowed to regulate federal elections.

The SCOTUS decision in this case could have far reaching consequences. How do you think they will rule, how do you want them to rule, and what do you think will be the eventual consequences?
