What is the definition of a tyrannical government?
The second amendment generally says that the right of the people is to bear arms in the case of a tyrannical government to help us maintain a free state. At what point does that government become tyrannical and thus we are free to use our weapons? If I’m being falsely convicted of a crime should I be allowed to shoot government officials? If the election was stolen should I be allowed to shoot the false winner? Who decides what is considered tyrannical? At what point does a government become tyrannical and thus allow the use of firearms to protect against it?
